Ocala Florida Home Sales For the month of September 2009

The month of September looked pretty good for the Ocala Florida Marion County area.

198 homes closed in the month of September 2009.  This does not include mobile homes or homes in our over 55 communities.  Of the 198 homes that closed in Ocala Florida:

94 homes were foreclosures

19 homes were short sales

10 were Ocala Horse Farms pf which one was a foreclosure

In our over 55 market in Ocala Florida 66 homes sold in September.
